A quick flight and a visiting Cessna 172

I went up for a quick flight today. All very interesting, mainly for it's brevity. Kai, another Club pilot, was wanting to do some simulated I/F. Unfortunately, we get airborne and it was not looking too good to the south. Not wanting to get stuck, we returned to the circuit to land. 18 minutes and it's all over. Better safe than sorry :-)

A visitor today was this Ardmore Flying School Cessna 172R, ZK-TAD. It was only on the ground for 15-20 minutes before departing.

I agree with you, safety first before enjoying a flight. You had a short flight but that will still happen again when things are fine. And for the visitor, Cessna 172R, that looks nice in the picture. Thanks for this blog.
